「Fortuna Funabori」is the new construction sharehouse opened by us, Fineselect Co., Ltd. which has opened over 90 sharehouse in Tokyo. We used the experiences to design the female only sharehouse for daily's convenience in priority.



There are sofa and big dinning table in the living and dining room which is accented by the Damascus type red and pink wallpaper. There are also a bathroom and two shower rooms. The washing stands and other plumbing equipment are enough and have easy ways to use. Of course, there are personal mail boxes and intercom with monitor which are ensured for the daily life.



The rooms have big windows, so the daylighting is grest and fresh air could come in. All the rooms have closets, too.



The Funabori station is the convenient stopped by the rapid train. Although it is at the east side of the Tokyo 23 areas, but it crosses the Yamanote line and only takes 21 minutes to Shinjuku. And the Shinjuku line is through from east to west of Tokyo center, so the lines are crossing and that you could only transfer one time to reach each big station mostly. There is also a big Daiei supermarket between the station and the house, so it's really convenient in daily life.
